Speech-Language Pathologist

Join Symbii Home Health and Hospice-Layton as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Logan, Utah. JOB SUMMARY A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and IDG plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Rehab.

Key Responsibilities

• Periodically participates with all other health care personnel in patient IDG care planning.

• Provides full range Speech Language Pathology Services as ordered by physician and IDG.

• Takes initial history and makes initial evaluation.

Requirements

• Two (2) years’ experience, preferred.

• Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.

• The ability to drive and/or have access to transportation for agency related travel (e. g. community partners, patients, etc.) is an essential function of the job.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
