• Monday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Client Care Continuum (CCC Health) and The Pink Berets are seeking a compassionate, dependable Behavioral Health Technician to support veterans in a residential treatment environment. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, maintains professional boundaries, and is committed to providing trauma-informed, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety and well-being throughout each shift.
• Conduct routine safety checks and provide support to residents.
• Accurately document observations, client interactions, and significant events.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding client needs and concerns.
• Assist in maintaining a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment.
• Encourage appropriate participation in programming and daily activities.
• Follow all Client Care Continuum policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, residential care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass required background screening and meet employment requirements.
