Job description
- vision and continued educational activities to further develop professional skills and to meet Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) requirements. Works closely with other FBMHS team members to assure clear communication and team consistency. Provides planning, family support, service linkage and referral for families. Knowledge of child and adolescent developmental stages. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population both orally and in writing, to include written reports and documentation of treatment information.

Key Responsibilities
Provide mental health treatment, therapy, and case management to children and adolescents to prevent out-of-home placement. Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers to enhance relationships and implement program plans for social and emotional growth.
Requirements
Requires a master's or graduate degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field. Candidates must have 2 years of experience in a Child and Adolescent Service System Program and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
