Behavioral Health Technician

Key Responsibilities

The primary function involves supervising clients to ensure their safety while building rapport, assisting them in reaching daily goals, conducting skill-building groups, and documenting progress for the clinical team. Technicians also facilitate the residential daily schedule, enforce house rules, and provide necessary transportation for community outings.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and hold a current valid driver’s license, with no exceptions to these requirements. Prior experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents is considered a plus.
