Your Impactful Role as an Occupational Therapist

In your pivotal hybrid role based out of our Arden Hills office, you will:

• Manage and Schedule Visits: Enjoy the independence of managing your patient visits, traveling within the community to provide personalized, one-on-one OT services in patients’ homes. This role allows you to make deep connections with patients, ensuring they receive the utmost care and attention.
• Provide COTA Collaboration and Supervision: Partnership in caring for our patients in the community working directly with our wonderful COTA.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: As a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, your leadership will enhance our collaborative, supportive environment, ensuring the highest well-being and care standards for our patients, working closely with RNs, PTs, STs and social workers.
• Provide Education: Educate patients and their loved ones on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment needed to keep them healthy and safe in their home

What You'll Need to Excel

• Licensure: A valid Minnesota OT license.
