Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will manage and schedule patient visits, providing personalized, one-on-one OT services in patients' homes while collaborating with COTAs and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include educating patients and loved ones on necessary exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment for safety and health.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Minnesota OT license and demonstrate a heartfelt passion for direct patient care with a commitment to positively impacting patients' lives. This role involves implementing a new Cognitive Clarity program in residential and assisted living homes.
