Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and creating discharge plans for residents. They also supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and revise established plans of care as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and the ability to supervise therapy assistants are required.
