Six months of structured mentorship, supporting your transition into practice and helping you develop confidence in clinical decision-making.
A gradual increase in responsibility, with opportunities to build your caseload and independence as your skills develop.

A varied primary care caseload, helping you develop skills in preventive care, medical consultations, diagnostics, client communication, dentistry and surgery.
Exposure to a wider range of medicine, through our onsite emergency and rehabilitation teams, with learning opportunities guided by your interests and readiness.
Tools that advance the standard of care, including digital radiology, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, two operating rooms and a dedicated dental suite.

Your Six-Month Mentorship Program
- The program will focus on helping you develop the foundations for a confident and sustainable veterinary career:
- Clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning.
- Clear, compassionate client communication.
- Case organization, prioritization and continuity of care.
- Surgical and dental skills appropriate to your experience.
- Recognizing when to seek guidance and using the expertise around you.
- Reflecting on your progress and identifying your next development goals.
Your development will be supported through case discussions, feedback and opportunities to learn alongside experienced clinicians.
