Key Responsibilities
The BCBA is responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized behavior plans, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians. They will also monitor treatment progress and ensure documentation is completed accurately in various settings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be Board Certified by the BACB. At least two years of experience working with individuals with special needs is required.
