Baptist Health South Florida, the region's largest and most respected not-for-profit healthcare system, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join the nationally recognized Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute (MCVI).
MCVI is a world-class cardiovascular program providing the full spectrum of cardiac care across South Florida, from West Palm Beach to the Florida Keys. Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in interventional and structural cardiology, electrophysiology, advanced heart failure, cardiac imaging, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular medicine, cardio-oncology, and cardiac transplantation. Opportunity Highlights
- Practice the full spectrum of clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
- Perform complex ablation procedures for atrial and ventricular arrhythmias.
- Implant and manage pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and cardiac monitoring technologies.
- Collaborate closely with structural heart, advanced heart failure, cardiac surgery, and imaging specialists.
- Access state-of-the-art electrophysiology laboratories and advanced cardiovascular technologies.

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
- Fellowship training in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
- Demonstrated excellence in patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Strong clinical, procedural, and communication skills.
- Interested in leading and shaping a high-quality ACGME electrophysiology fellowship
- Balance clinic practice with academic and teaching responsibilities.

The physician will perform the full spectrum of clinical cardiac electrophysiology, including complex ablation procedures and device implantation. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the growth of the cardiovascular institute through research and teaching.
