Key Responsibilities

• Clinical: Serves as Attending Physician on patients admitted to Legacy Rehabilitation Institute of Oregon.

• Provides or arranges coverage or cross coverage for Rehabilitation Services, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

• Responds promptly in writing to referral source with evaluation and suggested plan of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of four-year U.

• Medical School or equivalent.

• Satisfactory completion of an accredited residency or fellowship in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

• Licensure Board eligible/certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
