IHBT Therapist

Join Necco as a IHBT Therapist – Home-Based, No Weekends in Ohio. Necco has an opportunity for a career as an Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapist. In this role, you will deliver intensive home-based treatment services to you facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

Requirements

• Consult with parents/caregivers, school personnel, probation officers, or other treatment team members to address client’s diagnosis, progress and barriers as needed.

• Maintain prior authorizations for each client (if applicable)

• Maintain caseload of no less than 3- IHBT clients but not to exceed 6-IHBT clients at any given time

• Drive the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and need

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
