Key Responsibilities

This position provides direct clinical behavioral health and/or substance use services to various patient populations, including conducting group, family, and individual therapy sessions. Responsibilities also involve psycho-education, discharge planning, and coordinating aftercare services with external agencies.

Licensure & Certifications

A Master's degree in a behavioral health or human services related field is required, along with two years of preferred clinical experience. Candidates must hold current independent licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LCADC in Kentucky, possess BLS certification, and be able to complete CPI training.
