• Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join our expanding health system in
• Great Falls, Montana.

• Current practice comprised of well-established, experienced ENT Physician and

PA

• 1:4 light night and weekend call, general ENT and some facial trauma
• Flexible Monday-Friday schedule, open to 4-day work week
• Large internal referral center and ability to build on existing patient bbase
• Acute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialites in-house
• 36 inpatient beds, 10 bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post=procedure care unit
• 5 ORs+ 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation beds
• Busy 8 Bed ED with highly experienced staff
• Hospitalist support and dedicated nocturnists
• Quick access to supporting specialists and emergent care
• DaVinci Xi robot available
• State of the art facility and diagnostics

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive, transparent compensation structure designed to reward quality and productivity. Final compensation is determined by experience, subspecialty training, and productivity (wRVU model).
