Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.

Requirements

• determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.

• Certification and Licensure Hold valid RN license in state of practice.

• Hold valid APNP license in state of practice.
