Key Responsibilities
- Families (CYF) area and statewide leadership.
- Provide intensive outreach, mentorship, and engagement with youth and young adults at highest risk of involvement in violence.
- Deliver evidence-informed individual and group interventions focused on conflict resolution, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and life skills.
- Use the Impact Center as a central hub for relationship-building, crisis response, and service coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Lived experience required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred but not required).
