About the Role

Join Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush as a PRN Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy in the Home - Chicago/South Suburbs in United States. The Physical Therapist – Provides outpatient quality physical therapy within the patient’s own home and acts as a liaison for physician practice to meet the therapy needs of patients. The position is best suited for an outgoing and self-motivated therapist.

  • The ability to work independently, providing respectful and empathetic patient care at all times.

Requirements

  • year experience in outpatient setting preferred. Certificates, License, Registrations
  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • BCLS or ACLS.
