About the Role

Join Daniel Memorial Inc as a Behavioral Health Supervisor (Direct Care) - Mon/Fr 3p to 11p in United States. Full-Time: Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED with 2+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a residential setting. Must be able to effectively use crisis intervention techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor unit supplies and communicate with Managers to ensure unit is stocked on supplies.

Escorts clients safely to activities or appointments on or off campus as needed

Supervise employees & ensure team adheres to established guidelines for client care in residential

Collaborate with Shift Supervisor to complete Monthly Activity Calendar

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $22.2/hr.
