Key Responsibilities
The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides cardiopulmonary care, administers respiratory treatments, and monitors mechanical ventilators for patients. They also perform diagnostic tests, document patient data, and educate individuals on cardiopulmonary health.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program and hold current Oklahoma and national licensure. Successful completion of the TMC and CSE examinations and current BLS certification are required.
