Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Educator assists in creating and implementing clinical education curricula and policies while providing direct in-home patient care. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and supervising home health aides.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a nursing degree from an accredited institution and possess at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics. A valid driver's license and current BLS CPR certification are required for this role.
