At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Development to join our Clinical Development team, supporting Regeneron-driven studies within our growing therapeutics organization.

In this role, you will provide clinical leadership across assigned protocols and study conduct issues while collaborating with the Clinical Program Lead, Clinical Sciences and cross-functional study teams.

This position offers the opportunity to shape research and development programs for early and late-stage assets, contributing to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference for patients worldwide.

• Location: Tarrytown, NY
• Travel: 10% to relevant conferences and congresses

Discover Your Role

Provide clinical leadership for all deliverables within your assigned section of a clinical program, including protocols, regulatory documents, and publications

• Facilitate assigned studies and support investigators on Regeneron-driven trials
• Anticipate and resolve clinical and study conduct issues as they arise
• Initiate, propose, design, and execute research and development programs for early and late-stage assets
• Influence team decisions and drive alignment across functions in a matrix environment
• Communicate clear, concise messages through proficient medical writing and advanced presentation skills
• Identify critical risks to studies and programs and propose mitigation strategies
• Engage colleagues at all levels, internally and externally, with professional diplomacy and cultural awareness

This Role Requires

M. D. degree or equivalent

0-4 years of clinical development experience in industry preferred; academic research experience will also be considered

Specialized clinical fellowship training in Allergy, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, or Dermatology strongly preferred

Proficient knowledge of the drug development process, Good Clinical Practice, study design, and research methodology

• Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in the pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced analytical, influencing, and communication skills
