Our agency specializes in delivering comprehensive in-home care and case management for older adults, children, and those living with disabilities across many counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients upon physician diagnosis.

• Assess patient and identify deficits impacting self-care, functional mobility, behavior, cognition and patient’s ability to function in their life’s role.

• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in their own homes.

• Help patients improve their motor skills, coordination, and balance through therapeutic exercises and activities.

Requirements

• You are a motivated Occupational Therapist who shares our vision of delivering in-home care. You treat patients in a caring and compassionate manner and help them achieve their goals of staying in their own home whilst receiving treatment.

• Travel: This role comprises 100% travel within our service region. You will be traveling to patients’ homes.

• Service Region: We have several counties that we service across Northern California specifically Butte County, Shasta County and Yuba Sutter counties and surrounding communities.

• Schedule: This is a part-time/Per-Diem role of between 10-20 hours per week, with the possibility of expanded hours in the future.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $55 - $65/hr.

• Pay range is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

• You will be reimbursed for the mileage you travel in your own vehicle from the office to participant’s homes.

• Access to company owned vehicles to client visits.

• You will receive a monthly phone stipend.
