Club Hill is a welcoming, established neighborhood in southeast Garland, Texas, where you’ll find friendly faces and a true sense of community. The area is known for its peaceful streets lined with beautiful, mature trees and its close-knit, family-friendly atmosphere.

Whether you’re new to the area or a longtime resident, neighbors are quick to say hello, and you’ll often see families and friends out walking together or chatting on the sidewalk.

Club Hill’s location near Lake Ray Hubbard offers endless opportunities for outdoor fun—boating, fishing, jet skiing, or just enjoying a picnic by the water.

The neighborhood’s homes come in a variety of classic North Texas styles, from Dutch Colonial to ranch and contemporary, many with charming brick or stone exteriors and large shady yards.

Well-maintained sidewalks invite everyone to enjoy a stroll, and as the day winds down, the relaxed pace brings people together for evening walks and friendly conversations.
