Key Responsibilities
The Primary Therapist conducts individual and group therapy sessions while developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans for clients. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess an active BBS registration as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC. Experience in mental health treatment, particularly with co-occurring disorders and residential settings, is required.
