Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist interprets physician referrals to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and implements individualized treatment plans to achieve functional goals. They are responsible for monitoring patient progress, coordinating discharge planning, and maintaining accurate documentation, billing, and productivity standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire, and the role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and patient transfers.
