About the Role

This is a 30-day locum tenens assignment for a Neonatologist in California starting April 1, 2026. The role involves flexible scheduling with 12-hour inhouse PM shifts in an 88-bed Level 4 NICU.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical care for critically ill neonates.
Perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Respond to emergencies and perform advanced life support.
Maintain accurate medical records.
Uphold hospital policies and protocols.

Requirements

Board certification in Neonatology.
At least 3 years of Level 4 NICU experience.
