About the Role

Join Cortica - Neurodevelopmental as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Thousand Oaks, California. You will assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration, sensorimotor, motor, feeding, and developmental disorders in children using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.

Key Responsibilities

Establish occupational therapy treatment goals using standardized assessment tools.
Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to create treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and co-treatment therapy sessions.
Contribute to autism diagnostic processes as appropriate.
Deliver therapy services in-person and via telehealth as clinically appropriate.
Complete documentation accurately and timely.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
Participate in team meetings and trainings.

Requirements

Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in California.
Master’s degree in a related field.
First aid/CPR training.
Tuberculosis clearance.
Ability to complete safety training within 90 days.
