Job Description
Aramark Healthcare+ is searching for a growth-minded Full-Time Clinical Dietitian II at Jefferson Abington Hospital in Abington, PA.
About the Hospital: Jefferson Abington Hospital is located in Abington, PA with 660 licensed beds. It is a Level II Trauma Center, has a Level III NICU for advanced care of infants and has been providing life-changing care for over a century. They treat a variety of conditions including cancer care, complex surgeries, neurosciences, obstetrics, cardiology, trauma care, orthopedics, and much more. Job Responsibilities
Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Registered Dietitian (RD) / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
- 2 years or more clinical practice experience
- Licensed Dietitian status in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
