Key Responsibilities

• The Speech Therapist CFY will provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a home health setting.

• The therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions in patients.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to gather relevant information.
