The Pharmacist in Charge will lead the pharmacy team, oversee daily operations, and manage the P&L to ensure financial and output goals are met. They will also partner cross-functionally to drive process improvements, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional service to veterinary partners and pet parents.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a pharmacist, including 3 years in a leadership role and 2 years in compounding pharmacy. A valid California pharmacist license and proficiency in USP 795 and 800 standards are required.
