Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to grow your career in an exciting, expanding clinic? ProRehab in South Louisville is growing! We’re expanding into a 3,800-square-foot, newly renovated clinic and are looking for an OT to join our team.
We’re especially interested in candidates with CHT certification or those working toward CHT. Bring your expertise, passion for patient-centered care, and desire to help people regain independence and get back to the lives they love.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/ Year (commensurate with experience) *Up to $10K in sign-on bonus available! + inclusive of productivity incentives.

Responsibilities
Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.
