The physician will provide inpatient palliative care consultations, including comprehensive clinical assessments and symptom management for patients with serious illnesses. They will also facilitate goals-of-care discussions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. An active Connecticut medical license is required, along with demonstrated expertise in symptom management and communication.
