Key Responsibilities
The counselor will conduct clinical assessments and deliver short-term, solution-focused counseling to employees and their household members. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical documentation and coordinating referrals for cases requiring longer-term care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Ohio independent behavioral health license such as LISW, LPCC, or IMFT. A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience with adult clients is required.
