Key Responsibilities
Mental Health Counselors provide crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and supportive counseling to individuals in distress via phone, text, and web chat. They also manage information and referral services while maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions.
Requirements
A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required for this position. Candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills and be proficient with computer software and keyboarding.
