Key Responsibilities

WILL DO: * Under the direct supervision of the Manager, the Clinical Dietitian conducts nutritional assessments, plans, directs, and educates the weight management, diabetes and nutrition patients, as well as special needs patients, including pediatrics.

Requirements

Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary education team. Collaborates with primary care physicians regarding therapeutic problem

solving of program referrals.

Coordinates efforts to educate and support special needs population groups, such as celiac, pediatric, or cystic fibrosis patients who have specific nutritional needs.

Promotes healthy living and awareness, and obesity and diabetes prevention by providing educational programs to the community such as community health fairs and support groups.
