Responds to emergencies and answers medical questions.

Provides medical orders for prescription refills, administration of medications, ancillary testing, and/or referrals.

Reviews ancillary test results and coordinates notification to the patient.

Requirements

Candidates must possess current RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner Certification in Pennsylvania, along with certification by a nationally accredited nursing organization. Three to five years of experience in Family Practice is highly preferred, and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
