About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Takes histories, performs physical examinations, and prescribes treatment and medication for conditions falling in the scope of his /her specialty following evidence
- based standard of care.
- Provides off hours and hospital coverage for Health Center patients where contractually obligated to do so.
- Designs and participates in quality improvement activities, including Medical Record Peer Review, performance and procedure audits, outcome audits, and focused reviews.
Requirements
- Doctorate Degree M. D. or D. O.
- Valid License to practice medicine in New York State
- Board Certified Minimum Related Work Experience: 2
- 4 years Minimum Licensure: Physician License in New York State, Board Certified and CPR/BLS Required Skills & Knowledge:
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
