Key Responsibilities

Facilitate psychosocial and chemical dependency assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

Provides clinical interventions to include individual, couples, family, and group education to inpatients/outpatients ages 12 years to geriatric (depending on site)

Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals.

Requirements

Knowledge of laws related to commitment, confidentiality, vulnerable adults, child protection, and patient rights.

Knowledge of counseling techniques and strong communication skills.

Understanding of Minnesota resources for inpatient, outpatient, and supportive care related to mental illness and chemical dependency. Licenses & Certifications

Salary: $56.7K - $85K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
