Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes according to the physician's plan of care. Observe and report patient reactions to treatment and any changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree. Requires a current state license, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
