About the Role
Join Alsana as a Care Counselor - NOC in United States. Pay Rate: $17.25 / hr Schedule: PRN Who We Are At Alsana, we exist to be a source of hope and healing in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Always maintains each client’s physical and psychological safety, including assigned tasks (e. g., taking and recording vital signs, weights, and meals, and reporting results to nursing/physician).
- Completes accurate documentation of observations and notifies supervisor of any unusual findings (e. g., change in vitals, weight fluctuations, or meal refusals).
- Documents client progress per procedure.
- Assists with basic first aid as directed by RN/LVN staff and follows all appropriate documentation protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1 year of exp in behavioral health
- Current, valid, and unencumbered state
- specific driver’s license
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
