Key Responsibilities

• Always maintains each client’s physical and psychological safety, including assigned tasks (e. g., taking and recording vital signs, weights, and meals, and reporting results to nursing/physician).

• Completes accurate documentation of observations and notifies supervisor of any unusual findings (e. g., change in vitals, weight fluctuations, or meal refusals).

• Documents client progress per procedure.

• Assists with basic first aid as directed by RN/LVN staff and follows all appropriate documentation protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required

• 1 year of exp in behavioral health

• Current, valid, and unencumbered state

• specific driver’s license

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
