Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and support the pharmacy team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory, medication stock, and supplier coordination.
- Monitor service quality and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Collaborate with management to improve pharmacy performance.
- Work flexible shifts (AM or PM) based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid Pharmacist License.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in pharmacy operations and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts.
