Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations

Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized physical therapy care to seniors in facilities or home settings to help them regain abilities and improve outcomes. Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining simple and efficient documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an unencumbered state Physical Therapy license and possess a Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited program. Some locations require mandatory COVID vaccination.
