Provide individualized speech, language, and swallowing evaluations and treatments to patients within their home environments. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans that promote patient safety and independence.
Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC or CFY status, and a valid New York State license. Current CPR certification is mandatory, while experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders is preferred.
