Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose is to plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services according to federal, state, and local standards to maintain the highest degree of quality care. This includes performing evaluations, completing care plans, establishing goals, and communicating frequently with COTAs, DOR, therapy staff, and nursing staff regarding patient progress.

Requirements

The role requires performing Occupational Therapy evaluations, developing care plans, setting goals, and charting patient information accurately, including therapy notes and treatment times. Candidates must effectively communicate patient status and treatment plans to various staff members.
