Join our community-based early intervention team and partner with families to help infants and toddlers build communication skills, achieve developmental milestones, and thrive in their everyday environments. Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking an SLP in our Early Intervention (EI) Department to provide therapy services in children’s natural environments, community settings, and through telehealth. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Early Intervention (EI) guidelines, documentation standards, and funding requirements while delivering high-quality, family-focused services that empower caregivers and support children’s developmental progress.

Key Responsibilities
Provide speech-language therapy services to children ages 0 to 36 months using a coaching approach to empower caregivers in natural environments. Maintain accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and collaborate with families and service coordinators to implement Individualized Family Service Plans.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited therapy program and two years of relevant experience. Must hold active DORA licensure in Colorado and ASHA certification.
