BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, PT, for a full time opportunity performing senior living visits for our senior living office.

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will perform home visits to senior living clients to conduct diagnostic tests, mobility assessments, and safety evaluations. They are responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises and gait training, while documenting all services via electronic medical records.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current PA Physical Therapist license and have at least one year of recent work experience. Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
