Position Overview As an Outpatient Therapist at TLC Wellness, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and children across a range of presenting concerns. Clinicians conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that support meaningful clinical progress. TLC Wellness is particularly interested in clinicians with experience or interest in eating disorder treatment. As the practice grows, there is an opportunity for the right clinician to help develop specialized programming in this area, including groups, community partnerships, and expanded clinical services. Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans based on client goals and clinical presentation.
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with an expected productivity of approximately 28 completed sessions per week.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to support treatment progress.
• Collaborate with other providers, schools, and community partners when appropriate.
• Participate in team consultation and professional development opportunities. Specialty Opportunity – Eating Disorder Treatment TLC Wellness is interested in expanding services for individuals experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating. Clinicians with experience or specialized training in this area are encouraged to apply. Opportunities may include:

• Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development. Education and Licensure Requirements
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania clinical license required (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services.
• Familiarity with behavioral health assessment and treatment planning. Compensation Salaried position with benefits; Option of fee-for-service hourly rate Productivity expectation: Approximately 28 completed clinical sessions per week for full-time caseload.
