Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides individual, family, and group counseling while managing a caseload of clients with mental health and substance use disorders. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, coordinating community resources, and responding to mental health crises in a culturally responsive manner.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid LSW, LCDC III, LPC, or MFT license along with a relevant Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience. A valid Ohio driver's license and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests, are required.
