  • None Certification/Licensure: Fellowship Only:
  • Must have an intern license in Speech Language Pathology from the Texas State Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology within 30 days of placement in job.
  • 'Must have Must have a current Healthcare Provider CPR course completion card prior to hire and/or placement in job from one of the following:
