The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will support patient evaluations, implement treatment plans, and document progress under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist. They are also responsible for educating patients and families while collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation programming.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and be licensed in the state of Minnesota. One to three years of prior experience in a rehabilitation setting and knowledge of state and federal regulations are required.
