The Behavior Analyst will partner with clients and support systems to develop individualized treatment plans while providing ongoing clinical collaboration. They are responsible for maintaining a 23-hour weekly billable requirement and participating in team meetings to ensure high-quality behavioral support.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or a related Human Services discipline. A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and North Carolina licensure are required.
